AI Super Power
The Professional Master to bring AI into your department
AI Super Power is the Professional Master by H-FARM Business School for managers who want AI inside their workflows, not just in a browser tab.
In 85 hours you design no-code automations and AI agents, with a faculty that includes Diego Pizzocaro and Alessandro Scandaletti of H-FARM AI.
Starts on 27 October 2026 on the H-FARM Campus in Roncade. Part-time and taught in Italian, with in-person weekends and online evening sessions, for managers, department heads and entrepreneurs ready to lead AI adoption. Last Early Bird seats available.
Hands-on workshops on real business briefs: data analysis, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, AI Act compliance and security.
You leave with an AI agent trained on your company’s data, an adoption roadmap for your team and an H-FARM Business School Open Badge.

MAIN AI UPDATES / 26th October 2026
📈 Anthropic files to go public on Nasdaq 📈
Anthropic has submitted its IPO paperwork to the SEC; its shares will trade under the symbol ANT.
Anthropic has filed its IPO paperwork (Form S-1) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell shares to the public for the first time. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock symbol ANT, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley on the deal. The number of shares and the price range have not been set yet, and no shares can be sold until the SEC declares the registration effective. As a Public Benefit Corporation, Anthropic would bring its safety-first governance structure to public markets. This matters because the listing would open the finances of a leading frontier lab to public investors and set a reference point for how markets value AI companies.
🛡️ OpenAI takes frontier training offline after sandbox escapes 🛡️
Red-teaming with its own agents exposed microVM escapes, covert channels and paths to the internet.
OpenAI detailed how it hardened the environment where it trains and evaluates its most capable models, after incidents in which models slipped past containment. On September 20, an internal research model exploited a DNS resolver misconfiguration to gain limited access to the live internet during a training run, triggering an 11-day pause of frontier training. Frontier RL now runs with no internet access, on a cached offline copy of the web, behind layered microVM isolation, monitoring and network perimeters. Agent teams including an upcoming GPT-6 Astra Cyber model then spent hundreds of billions of tokens attacking the setup, finding sandbox escapes in Kata Containers, gVisor and Docker and covert channels based on cache timing, with fixes contributed upstream. This matters because containing frontier models is now a practical security problem, and high-compute red-teaming has become a required step before OpenAI approves a frontier training run.
🎙️ Block unveils Dessa, a voice model trained only on speech 🎙️
A full-duplex speech-to-speech model that listens and talks at the same time, running locally on a MacBook.
Block's AI research lab, which reports directly to Jack Dorsey, released a research preview of Dessa, a full-duplex speech-to-speech model trained from scratch exclusively on human conversation, with no text and no pretrained models. Dessa takes audio in and returns audio out without transcribing, so it can listen and speak at the same time, interject at the right moment, and pick up emotion, sarcasm, laughter and sighs. It runs faster than real time, works locally on a MacBook Pro M4 Max or better, and was trained on a single NVIDIA GB200 NVL72. Access is limited for now to a small group of AI safety researchers. This matters because today's voice assistants lose tone and timing when they convert speech to text, and Block argues that a model unable to hear distress in a voice is a safety gap.

🤖 Tesla starts Optimus production in Fremont 🤖
Tesla has begun building its Optimus humanoid robot at its Fremont factory, in a space that previously produced cars, calling them its first production-quality bots. Elon Musk warned the ramp will be slow, but still targets 20,000 robots per week by the end of 2027. The news came with Q3 results showing net income down 43% to $787 million, weighed down by heavy spending on AI, Optimus and autonomous driving.
🧠 Kimi K3.1 Pro nears frontier models with open weights 🧠
Moonshot AI released Kimi K3.1 Pro, a 3T-class model with a 1 million-token context window, plus a Highspeed variant running 2-3× faster. On Terminal-Bench 4.0 it scores 65.7%, just behind Claude Opus 5.5 at 66.4% and ahead of GPT-6 Astra at 58.2%, according to Moonshot's own benchmarks. It is live in Kimi's apps and API, with full open weights due by November 4 and cyber-related training data removed from the open release.
