H-FARM's AI Club is a monthly community meetup that brings up to 500 people together in our beautiful H-FARM Campus to cut through the AI noise with real news, real cases, real debate. Join us on April 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. On stage this edition:

• Giuseppe Cinque (Principal Architect Learn at Cisco) will discuss how to build the skills and career paths needed to navigate AI, data, and cybersecurity — starting as early as your student years — and share insights from the AI Workforce Consortium Report 2025.

This positions Claude Code to compete directly with unified coding environments from rivals like OpenAI's Codex.

OpenAI's new Scratchpad feature allows users to trigger multiple Codex tasks in parallel from a unified UI, marking a shift toward consolidating its product lineup into a single application built on Codex. Evidence suggests the company is building support for managed agents—autonomous processes that run in the background and execute multi-step workflows without user input. Meanwhile, OpenAI employees have been posting snowflake emojis hinting at "Glacier," believed to be GPT-5.5.

💰 Amazon hits $20B AI chip revenue 💰
Jassy's shareholder letter discloses first-ever AI revenue figures

Amazon CEO Andy Jassy's annual shareholder letter revealed that AWS AI crossed $15B in annualized revenue—260x where AWS stood at the same stage—while custom Trainium, Graviton, and Nitro chips hit $20B in yearly revenue. The disclosure came as a defense of Amazon's $200B planned AI infrastructure spending amid investor concerns about bubble risks. Amazon may sell racks of Trainium chips to third parties and declined offers from two customers wanting to buy the entire 2026 Graviton supply.

🎬 Alibaba tops video leaderboard with Happy Horse 🎬

The Happy Horse video AI model that sent ripples across China's AI industry this week was created by Alibaba, the company confirmed. The model hit the top spot on the text-to-video leaderboard of Artificial Analysis, demonstrating capabilities that rival leading Western video generation models. Alibaba plans to provide API access to the model in the near future.

☁️ CoreWeave forms AI cloud infrastructure agreement with Anthropic ☁️

CoreWeave will use its cloud infrastructure to help run Anthropic's Claude AI models in a phased infrastructure roll-out with the potential to expand over time. The partnership gives Anthropic access to CoreWeave's specialized GPU infrastructure while providing CoreWeave with a major AI customer beyond its existing relationships with Meta and OpenAI.
