H-FARM EVENTS ON AI
ClawCamp 2026 — The Personal AI Agents Bootcamp
ClawCamp 2026 is a week-long residential bootcamp where you go from "never touched an AI agent" to running your own Personal AI agent. It's an H-FARM College Summer Camp built with H-FARM AI and the Cisco Networking Academy, hosted on the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (Venice).
Save the date: 5–12 July 2026. Residential, in English, for curious minds 16–25+ — no advanced coding required. Just 15 seats per cohort, selected on a rolling basis.
Five hands-on build days on OpenClaw, the open-source framework for Personal AI Agents, plus a daily ClawTalk, a day in Venice with the cohort, and a final pitch on stage.
Every admitted student leaves with a working agent, a certificate, and a lifetime invite to the global ClawCon community.

MAIN AI UPDATES / 11th June 2026
🤖 Google ships DiffusionGemma for 4x faster generation 🤖
A new architecture unlocks unprecedented speed in parallel text generation.
Google has released DiffusionGemma, a 26-billion-parameter Mixture of Experts model that generates entire text blocks simultaneously instead of one token at a time. Running on a single Nvidia H100 GPU, the model reaches over 1,000 tokens per second—up to 4x faster than standard autoregressive generation. When quantized, it can fit on high-end consumer GPUs for local inference, expanding access for independent developers. This architectural shift from sequential to parallel text production could reshape how LLMs are deployed in latency-sensitive environments—a direct competitive pressure on existing inference stacks. DiffusionGemma also supports bi-directional attention, offering richer contextual understanding alongside its speed gains.
📝 Amodei's AI policy essay pushes faster regulation 📝
Anthropic's CEO calls for regulation to match AI's rapid rollout pace.
Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei published a sweeping policy essay titled "Policy on the AI Exponential," urging Washington to accelerate its regulatory response to match the pace of AI development. Amodei compares policymakers to Treebeard from Lord of the Rings—too slow for the current moment—and argues that frontier models like Claude Mythos Preview are now "tools of global and national strategic consequence." The essay proposes giving regulators the power to ground frontier models and mandates independent screening across four risk areas. Beyond safety, Amodei outlines an economic framework addressing potential unemployment through investment accounts, UBI, faster FDA drug approvals, limits on autonomous weapons, and stronger chip export controls—a clear signal of regulation ambition from an AI lab leader.
⚖️ EU forces WhatsApp open to rival AI chatbots ⚖️
New EU regulation forces AI interoperability on Europe's top messaging app.
The European Union has ordered Meta to open WhatsApp's Business API to rival AI chatbots free of charge, ruling that Meta abused its dominant position in Europe's messaging market. Meta had banned third-party AI chatbots from the platform last October, effectively locking competitors out of WhatsApp's massive user base. Meta plans to appeal, calling the decision regulatory overreach that would grant large companies free access to its infrastructure. The ruling could set a major precedent for how dominant platforms must accommodate AI interoperability—a direct distribution stake for every AI assistant competing in Europe. It also signals continued aggressive EU enforcement on Big Tech competition.

🏗️ OpenAI eyes Nvidia-backed 10 GW Ohio campus 🏗️
OpenAI is reportedly closing in on a 20-year lease for a massive 10-gigawatt data center campus in Ohio, with financing backed by Nvidia and a potential pricing tag of up to $500 billion. The facility, expected to begin operations in 2028, would be one of the largest data center projects ever proposed—a clear competitive pressure in the compute race. The deal underscores the deepening integration between chip manufacturers and AI model developers.
🔧 Anthropic rolls out Claude Managed Agents API 🔧
Anthropic has launched Claude Managed Agents, a new managed service offering composable APIs with built-in orchestration and monitoring for production-grade AI agents. The rollout aims to lower the engineering barrier for enterprises deploying autonomous Claude-based workflows at scale, reducing deployment complexity. This positions Anthropic in direct competitive pressure with similar agentic platforms from OpenAI and Google, as the company expands beyond model access into full-stack developer tooling.
