AI-optimized browser creates interactive web applications from open tabs
Google Labs launched Disco, an experimental browser optimized for AI that uses Gemini 3 to create interactive web applications based on open tabs and browsing tasks. Its signature feature, GenTabs, turns searches into live, interactive tools rather than static pages. For example, when planning a trip to Japan, it builds a custom travel planner with maps and timelines directly in the tab. The browser is strictly experimental, with best features likely migrating to Chrome later.
